1.This is a contract between us and you.

 

Full payment must be received for the whole of the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. When full payment is received we will confirm that your order has been accepted and send you an email at the email address you provided. Acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us and you.

 

2. Our right to refuse an order from you.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or accept an order from you for any  of  the following reasons:

 

1.       We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods to you which you have ordered.

 

2.       We do not deliver to your destination or region.

 

3.       The goods you ordered where listed at an incorrect price due to a typing error or an error in the pricing received by us from our supplier/s.

 

4.       If we refuse your order we will notify you by e-mail in 3 working days and will refund your credit/debit card any of the sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible or within 30 days of your order. Any additional compensation for disappointment will be at our discretion.

 

3. Pricing

 

1.       Prices for goods that you order are all set out in our website.

 

2.       In some cases you may be required to pay extra for delivery and also it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. All delivery charges are set out in the website.

 

3.       All orders are processed in GBPounds at the prices displayed on the website at time of order. Some prices may change slightly between the order date and date of dispatch.

 

4. Your right to cancel your contract

 

1.       You may cancel your contract between us for the goods you ordered within 7 days of the order date. You do not need to give us a reason for canceling your order or pay any charges.

 

2.       You must notify us in by email or phone as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order/s.

 

3.       All goods received before you cancel your order/s must be sent back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your order/s but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you must not unpack the goods when they are received but send the goods back to us at our address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

 

4.       Once notification has been received by us that you wish to cancel your order/s, any sum debited to us from your credit/debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible or within 30 days of your order/s.

 

5.       If you cancel the order/s but do not return the goods to us in the condition they were in when delivered or do not pay the costs of delivery, then we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you from your credit/debit card.

 

5. Delivery of goods

 

1.       Goods will be delivered to the address you supplied to us for delivery at the time you submit your order/s.

 

2.       Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order has been accepted or within 30 days of your order/s.(See Events beyond our control)

 

3.       Ownership of the goods will be yours once they have been delivered to you and signed for. When goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.
